Buying a forever home in Montreal while living in Ohio requires one to find an extraordinary agent, and we were so lucky in hiring JF. JF showed us every house we wanted to see (>8) in a very short timeline and over the Christmas holidays. That was great, but his real talent was in obtaining for us the best price. JF knew the market, knew our strengths (we had the money and were flexible about closing), and we trusted him to drive the best bargain. He did not meet our expectations; in every sense, he gave us a better outcome than we asked him for. That is extraordinary. We are not new to buying real estate, as this was a final purchase after many years of travel and moving. JF is the best agent we have ever dealt with, and we highly recommend you trust his judgment.
